Not to mention the thousands of microtransactions that make up the Sims 3 Store?Īs everyone else is asking, how do I view my product codes for my DLCs without having to call customer support and deal with that headache? I am not buying the explanation given so far, and my reasons don't need to be explained any further. No hands need to be held and frankly I'm insulted that EA would have this view on things and do away with the customer's ability to view this in order receipts, the game client, and online. I bought it, I should have full access to it. It's ridiculous that I cannot do the same in reverse because "you shouldn't need ". ![]() I was perfectly able to purchase the other DLCs for The Sims 3 on Steam, which I was able to also activate on my Origins account so that I could play them. I like to be prepared, and I won't buy a patronizing 'you don't need it, Origin/the game client is safe/never fails/has backups/etc'. I want to be able to access the keys for two Sims 3 DLCs that I purchased through Origin so that I can activate them on my own Steam account as well, so that I don't lose the products that I bought for some reason. The link to download the world will be available. Upon success, go to the Purchase History. As a customer I should have full access to my product keys. Go to the Hidden Springs world page on The Sims 3 Store: (The 'S' must be capitalized) Select the Redeem Code button and enter the serial key that came with the product. As a regular EA customer, I am not at all satisfied with this answer.
